Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Visiron (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

About Visiron

Visiron is a software project for improving, correcting, and processing real-estate and property-related images. The Service may include features such as perspective correction, color correction, image enhancement, and other automated image-processing tools.

Early Access and Free Trial

Visiron is currently offered in an early-access or testing phase. Access may be provided free of charge for testing, feedback, and evaluation purposes.

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will remain free, that all current features will remain available, or that early-access accounts will continue indefinitely.

Paid plans are not currently offered through the Service. If paid plans are introduced later, separate pricing, payment, cancellation, and subscription terms may apply.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally able to agree to these Terms.

Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and take responsibility for all activity under your account.

You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Service;
• attempt to access systems or data without authorization;
• upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;

Uploaded Images and User Content

You retain ownership of images and other content that you upload to the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to upload, process, use, and distribute such content.

You must not upload images or other content that you do not have the right to use, that violates third-party rights, or that contains personal data or private information without proper permission.

License to Process Uploaded Content

By uploading images or other content to Visiron, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, display, and create processed outputs from such content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

This license does not transfer ownership of your uploaded content to us.

Processed Outputs

The Service may generate processed versions of uploaded images. Output quality may vary depending on the original image, lighting, resolution, perspective, file format, and other factors.

You are responsible for reviewing all processed images before using, publishing, or distributing them.

We do not guarantee that processed images will be error-free, accurate, commercially suitable, accepted by any real-estate platform, or compliant with your professional, contractual, or legal obligations.

Real-Estate Accuracy

You agree not to use the Service to create or publish misleading, deceptive, or materially inaccurate representations of properties.

You are responsible for ensuring that images used in listings, advertisements, brochures, websites, or other marketing materials accurately represent the property and comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and professional standards.

Storage, Availability, and Deletion

We may store uploaded images and processed outputs as necessary to provide the Service. We may delete uploaded images, outputs, or account data after inactivity, account deletion, end of trial access, technical issues, security concerns, or discontinuation of the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important images and outputs.

We do not guarantee permanent storage or uninterrupted access to uploaded or processed images.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or comments about Visiron, you allow us to use them to improve, develop, and promote the Service without obligation to compensate you.

Intellectual Property

Visiron, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, logos, text, interface, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the Service unless permitted by these Terms or with prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, authentication, email delivery, image processing, analytics, or other functions.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Privacy

No Warranty

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
